To get your Egypt e-Visa, you'll need to complete the online application form and pay with a credit or debit card. The Egypt e-visa is available in two distinct types to suit different travel plans:

  • Single-Entry e-visa: This option is for travelers who plan to enter Egypt just once. It is valid for a total of 90 days from the date of issue. Within this 90-day period, you can make one trip and stay in the country for up to 30 continuous days.
  • Multiple-Entry e-visa: Designed for frequent travelers, this visa allows you to enter and exit Egypt multiple times. It is valid for a period of 180 days. For each visit during this time, you are permitted to stay for a maximum of 30 days.

Egypt e-Visa: Renewal and Extension Policy

The Egypt e-visa cannot be renewed. However, eligible travelers may request an extension by visiting an immigration office within Egypt. Please note that this process is not available online and must be initiated prior to the expiration of the current e-visa.

To apply for an extension, travelers must present a legitimate reason for their continued stay and provide all required documentation, including:

  • Proof of accommodation
  • Financial statements demonstrating sufficient funds
  • Confirmed return flight tickets indicating intent to depart Egypt
